I like the location of the hotel just 5 minutes from Knightsbridge shopping stores and the Hyde park which is one of the best parks in the world
Some of the services were not provided, for example there was Internet connection to my room in the 5th floor and some of TV channels not working. The rooms are over priced compared to the size for example I paid 309 GBP for a very small room (17 m2). In my opinion the hotel should deserve 4 stars not 5 stars level.

-Cheap hygienic products -Very weak water pressure -No good lighting in the room -Not enough power sockets -Extremely expensive rates for what you get -Old sanitary in the toilet -Difficult access to the room (one very slow elevator) -Not welcoming stuff with slow service -No restaurant in the hotel -Deserve a 3 stars rating and not5

It is an easy hotel right in the luxery shopping area of London. Rooms (412) feels homely
A fuse blew killing the lights. Hotel staff responded swiftly. Water pressure on shower could be better for a 300gbp room excl. Breakfast and weak wifi

Helpful polite staff, who knew their jobs.
The fact that we couldn't sit in the lounge areas without booking despite being resident. (places were reserved, but you raely saw them filled)

More pros than cons, but still.
Very nice staff. The concierge team, especially Jamie and Daniel, were helpful, and the location was superb for exploring the city.
Room felt cramped for the price,, and dining service was occasionally sluggish, impacting the overall experience.

I didn't feel like leaving, had a very special experience and would like to stay longer. The hotel was newly decorated and the staff very caring, magnificent location in between two tube lines. Plenty of food for breakfast, which was high quality to satisfy everyone. Really enjoyed the room with beautiful artwork adorning the walls, my bed was great.
